This is simply because Jon makes personal, one-to-one recommendations and operates from home as a one-man, engineering consultant, with a simple website and relatively few overheads! The machines are the same as you would get if you bought online elsewhere and are supplied brand new, boxed and unopened.

All products are UKCA marked and compliant with UK legislation and they come with full instructions for self-assembly. If you run into trouble with the assembly then Jon is on-hand to offer advice, or he can put you in touch with a local Engineer to assemble the product for you.

Cancellation and Returns

Product returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Collection and return delivery charges are at your cost and goods must be re-packed in the original containers and returned in a condition suitable for re-sale.  Refunds are issued only after goods have been received and inspected. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
