How does it work?

 

Booking a site visit is as easy as 1, 2 3…

  1.  You complete our Book an Engineer form and select the “Onsite visit” option and submit
  2.  We quote you for the work required
  3.  We complete the booking and visit!

Onsite repairs involves one of our approved expert  engineers visiting your premises. If you choose an onsite visit please be sure to read our important information concerning Corona Virus

The Visit : Site visits are usually take place within 10 days. Our Engineer will call ahead to give you an approximate ETA.

The Repair: Our Engineer will visit and complete the work as specified. All of our onsite repairs come with a 6 month warranty.

The Parts: If parts are required we can include them in the quote and arrange for them to be dispatched, or you can supply your own parts.

Add a Service: Maximise the value from our visit by adding a full service. We recommend a full service unless your machine has been regularly maintained. Remember that it is cheaper to have your machine serviced at the same time as a repair as you only pay for one visit! Learn more about servicing.

Please note that London addresses (inside the M25 orbital motorway) are subject to an additional “London Weighting” charge.

Some of our frequently asked Questions

How soon can you visit?

Engineer visits are arranged at mutually convenient times usually within 10 days of your booking. Appointments are made during weekdays between 8am and 4pm.  Our Engineer will contact you by phone or email to agree a convenient time and date.

What will it cost?

We will quote your for the repair including parts, callout and labour as appropriate so that you have full visibility of the costs before you confirm the visit.

What if more new parts are needed?

No problem! We take care of all the details for you, including ordering of parts and arranging a time to return and fit them.

What if I decide not to go ahead with the repair?

Once you have agreed and paid for the repair then you can cancel and we will refund you the amount you have paid less any costs we have incurred.

When do I pay?

Payment in full including VAT will be due with order unless you have a pre-agreed credit account. Extras can be paid for on the day of the visit. You can pay by card. Our Engineers DO NOT CARRY CASH and are unable to give change. Please do not offer to pay by cash.

Can I cancel the visit?

You can cancel the visit at any time and we will endeavour to re-arrange the visit or refund you less any costs we have incurred.

Do I need to wait in all day for your Engineer?

No! Our Engineer will call ahead to let you know an approximate ETA. 

What if the problem is not solved?

We will look after you and arrange for our Engineer to return, free of charge if necessary, if the problem is not solved.

What is your hourly charge?

We will quote you for the work before you complete the booking. Hourly charges will be quoted if applicable.

What if the problem can’t be fixed?

All faults can be fixed but in some cases, it is simply not cost effective to repair a machine. If we feel that your machine is beyond economic repair, then we will tell you and explain why. In such cases, our Engineer will be able to help you find a suitable replacement machine to suit your work out routine and budget using our trade-in service.

Is the repair covered by a warranty?

Yes. All parts we supply and fit and our workmanship are covered by a full 6 month warranty. 

Can you take my old machine away if I decide not to have it fixed?

Removal of gym machines is normally a 2 person job and therefore we are unable to dispose of your old machine following a visit. However, you can trade-in your old machine for a new one which includes an option for taking the old machine away!
