- Achieve national recognition for gym maintenance training courses
- Provide access to funding to enable wider participation
- Promote professional mentoring and continued professional development (CPD)
- Engage communities to create safer gyms (including home gyms)

Recognition: Establishing nationally recognised pathways to technical education and employment within the fitness industry
